1. Donations

Donations made through our website are voluntary contributions towards the welfare of cows and the operation of our Gaushala. Once a donation has been successfully processed, it is generally considered final.

Refunds are normally not provided for completed donations. However, a refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Incorrect donation amount due to technical error.
• Failed transaction where the amount was deducted but the donation was not successfully processed.
